Parades

I think parades are awesome and they make people enjoy feeling like a kid again. I really love them and my kids love and enjoy them. The only thing I don't like is around here, the parade that we have is only a Christmas one and it seems like no more than it starts it ends. I hate when that happens. Even though sometimes it lasts for 30 minutes, but come on, seriously, there should be one that lasts longer. What a lot of our people or the people in the community doesn't realize is almost anyone can join in the parade. As long as it is for the cause. If you decorate your vehicle to be for Christmas, then you can be in the parade. I am wanting to be in the Christmas Parade one year when my kids get old enough. Going to pimp my vehicle out in tons of Christmas lights, decorate the windows and blare Christmas music.

I know my kids would enjoy every single bit of it, as I know I would. I was in the Christmas parade one year with my sister and we had this huge bowl of candy and my sister was tossing candy out one side and I was tossing candy out the other and we were both yelling Merry Christmas. We had flyers and posters all over the truck and we really really enjoyed it. My thoughts are, don't be afraid to be in the Parade or be a part of the parade when you get older, even if you aren't a member of anything. I am sure the more the merrier.  Don't be afraid remember that. Just don't be afraid. If you don't do it for you, do it for your kids if you have any. :)

Sorry that I am having some delays on posting. I just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year To You And Yours!!! I hope it was a wonderful start of a New Year and I hope this year is a lot better than last year.
